Leon Oloya, an entrepreneur, technical strategist, and former ExxonMobil executive, brings over 20 years of experience in downstream and midstream operations in the oil and gas industry. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Civil Engineering degree from New Mexico State University and an MBA from Rice University, Leon has a distinguished career highlighted by managing a high-complexity refinery, complex international logistics systems, and multilayered contracts and exchange agreements, achieving $2+ billion in revenue with over $200 million in net profit annually. At Candor Technical, he leverages his adaptability, discipline, and extensive experience to develop data-driven strategies focused on optimization, de-bottlenecking, and value capture maximization across all aspects of the oil and gas sector.

Yusshy Mendoza

Yusshy Mendoza, brings 14 years of extensive experience in the Energy sector, encompassing upstream, midstream, and downstream functions. His career includes significant roles at Accenture and ExxonMobil, where he led business strategy and digital transformation projects, excelled in technical, planning, and supervisory roles, and focused on process improvements and pipeline integrity management. Yusshy holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Louis University and an M.S. from the University of Kansas. His early work at Schlumberger and contributions to ultra-deepwater wells operations highlight his comprehensive industry knowledge. Yusshy aims to leverage his data-driven approach and strategic acumen to expand Candor's capabilities in analytics and operational optimization, driving sustainable growth across the company's diverse business segments.

Clarissa Gonzalez

Clarissa Gonzalez joins Candor Technical as a June 2023 Chemical Engineering graduate from Western Michigan University, immediately applying her knowledge to identify solutions for our clients. With a solid foundation from her experience as an Operations Engineer at W.R. Grace, Clarissa has honed her skills in supporting API manufacturing operations. Her past also includes collaborations with Pfizer technical teams- which provided invaluable specialization in process optimization and efficiency. This past work in pharmaceutical project execution provided project management, problem-solving and technical skills that are continuously employed here at Candor.

Joy, our Business Manager, brings over 15 years of diverse experience in client relations, administrative services, business management, and executive support. She has led teams, managed offices, and provided executive support for Senior Management at NBC, University of Houston, and University of San Diego.
